Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly
- Handle inquiries and provide information about our products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling mail
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth front desk operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Knowledge of the ISP industry is a plus
