We are a growing Internet Service Provider dedicated to delivering excellent customer experience and reliable connectivity. We are currently seeking a well-spoken, organized, and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about our products and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling mail
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth front desk operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the ISP industry is a plus
